  • Yes, you have to register every single package with the store name and the tracking number. After receiving this information from the seller, please go to you ExpressFromUS account, click Package forwarding button on the left corner menu and put this info.

  • We provide Super Fast Processing - the fastest in the freight forwarding industry.

    • Personal Shopper works from 8 am to 10 pm EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We purchase most of the orders in 2-3 hours. Maximum waiting time is 24 hours.
    • We register incoming packages at our Pennsylvania warehouse within 24 hours (Mon - Fri).
    • For incoming packages to our Delaware warehouse it takes up to 48 hours (Mon - Fri).
    • Consolidation is done within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) after you sent us packing request.
    • Shipment leaves our warehouse on the next business day after we receive payment for delivery from you. 

    Once a package leaves our warehouse, transit time to your door depends on country of destination and shipping carrier you choose.
    USPS Priority Express: 4-12 days for the most destination.
    USPS Priority: 15-30 days for the most destination.
    USPS First Class: 20-40 days for the most destination. 

  • There are some items that are restricted and cannot be shipped outside the USA:

    - Firearms parts, gun parts, scope, red dot sight, reflex sight, ammunition, drones, etc.
    - Cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, vapor liquids with nicotine
    - Air Bags
    - Dry Ice
    - Flammable items
    - Explosive or corrosive materials
    - Mercury on its own or
    contained in various items like thermometers, barometers, and others. 
    - Human remains
    - Live or dead plants or animals
    - Pornography

    - Controlled substances and drugs
    - Perishable items 
    - Any restricted items under ITAR, US Congress, Department of Commerce, US Customs and Border Protection, US Department of State, and the US Department of Treasury
    - Any Electronic equipment or any equipment that requires ECCN# (Export Control Classification Number)
    - Any
     hazardous items including anything that could rupture in transit and harm people or damage property.

    There are no exceptions from this list. So please be careful and do not send any illegal products to our warehouse. All prohibited goods will be removed from parcels. The customer has 7 days to provide us with information to return goods to the seller. If we do not receive shipping information from you during the week, prohibited goods will be destroyed. If it's not destroyable for any reason, there will be a storage fee from $100 to $1000 per day till the prohibited goods are removed from our facility. 

  • When submitting packing request, you will be asked by the system to fill out the custom declaration.
    Please note: a correctly filled customs declaration is your duty and responsibility. If you are not sure what is inside the package, you can send us a special request and we will check content or take a photo of you items. 

  • If you think package has incorrect weight, or consolidation and special request were not processed correctly you can notify us. Please do not email our customer support as this will only delay processing. Select the package on your account. Click on Send Message button under this package. If we truly made a mistake you will not get charged anything and it will be fixed as soon as possible. False reports are charged $3 to cover the work of double checking.

  • If you see that package was delivered by tracking number but not entered in your ExpressFromUS account in 48 hours (count business days only) please do the following:

    1. Check the shipping confirmation you received from the seller, make sure your name and address were printed exactly the same way like in your ExpressFromUS account. This is very important. If there is a mistake - package can be easily  misdelivered and we can nothing to do with it. 
    2. If address is correct, write a message right under this package on your ExpressFromUS account. Provide us with full description of content and we will do our best to locate your package. Please do not email us instead. Use Send Message button under lost package. This is the shortest way to get the fastest answer. 
    3. If we didn’t find your order within the next 24 hours that means the package was misdelivered by the carrier. On this stage you need to contact the seller, explain that you didn’t receive this order and ask them to send the package again.
  • The shipping calculator is an excellent tool for determining your approximate shipping costs. When packing your parcel, we will discard any unnecessary packing materials and tons of advertisements that usually make packages heavier. We cannot provide a final shipping cost until we prepare your package for shipment. Also, please remember to consider extra costs that may accompany additional services like insurance, photos, checking items or other special handling.
